Eligibility Criteria for SINP DAE LDC & Technicians


Educational Qualification:

Engineer 'C':

   - Essential qualifications & Experience:

     - First-class (60% marks) graduate Engineer (B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent) in the Electrical Engineering discipline.

     - Minimum two years of post-qualification Experience in the relevant field.

   - Desirable Qualification:

     - Experience in the erection, operation, and maintenance of electrical equipment.

     - Knowledge of estimation, tendering, and electrical project management.


Technician 'B' (Electrical):

   - Essential qualifications & Experience:

     - Minimum 60% marks in SSC.

     - ITI (1-year or two years course certificate) with relevant Experience.

     - Minimum two years of Experience in the relevant field.

   - Desirable Qualification:

     - Proficiency Certificate/Electrical License in the relevant field.


Technician 'B' (AC Maintenance):

   - Essential qualifications & Experience:

     - Minimum 60% marks in SSC.

     - ITI (1-year or two years course certificate) with relevant Experience.

     - Minimum two years of Experience in the relevant field.

   - Desirable Qualification:

     - Proficiency Certificate/Electrical License in the relevant field.


Technician 'B' (Computer and Peripherals):

   - Essential qualifications & Experience:

     - Minimum 60% marks in SSC.

     - ITI (1-year or two years course certificate) with relevant Experience.

     - Minimum two years of Experience in the relevant field.

   - Desirable Qualification:

     - Proficiency Certificate/Electrical License in the relevant field.


Technician 'B' (Tracer/Draughtsman):

   - Essential qualifications & Experience:

     - Minimum 60% marks in SSC.

     - ITI (1-year or two years course certificate) with relevant Experience.

     - Minimum two years of Experience in the relevant field.

   - Desirable Qualification:

     - Proficiency Certificate/Electrical License in the relevant field.


Lower Division Clerk (LDC):

   - Essential Qualification/Experience:

     - Graduate from a recognized University.

     - Typing speed of 35 words per min. in English.

     - Certified course in computers.

   - Desirable Qualification/Experience:

     - Good communication skills.

     - Knowledge/Experience in accounting software.

     - Proficiency in Office software.


Age Limit:

- Engineer 'C': Up to 30 years

- Technicians: Up to 25 years

- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Up to 25 years


Salary Details:


- Engineer 'C': Level 10

- Technicians: Level 03

- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Level 02


Selection Process for SINP DAE LDC & Technicians 2023:


- Engineer 'C' Posts: Interview and possibly a written test.

- Technician 'B' Posts: Written test followed by a trade test.

- Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Posts: Written test followed by a typing speed skill test.


Application Fee for SINP DAE LDC & Technicians:


- Engineer 'C' (Post No. 01): Rs. 500/-

- Other Posts: Rs. 300/-

- Women candidates, PwBDs, Ex-Servicemen, and SC/ST candidates are exempt from paying the application fee.
